Obviously starting with the most important development of my entire week… at the ripe old age of 37 I’ve discovered I can suddenly get my legs behind my head 😂🤸♀️
So that’s nice. Acrobat era unlocked apparently.
Life otherwise has been… a lot. I’ve definitely been struggling lately and I’m not going to pretend I haven’t, but I’m still here, still working, still trying to keep everything moving and taking it a day at a time ❤️
Naturally there’s also a little mention of the Clancy case because apparently I’ve appointed myself an unpaid member of the legal team at this point 👀😂 obsessed
And amongst all the chaos, Elevate Beauty is still very much open and I’m still taking appointments 🫶🏼
I might be navigating a slightly messy chapter personally, but I absolutely love getting into my little clinic, seeing you all and doing what I love.
So yeah… jab, life update, murder trial and unexpected gymnastics. Standard catch up really 😂❤️

👀Honestly, a few months ago I genuinely didn’t know if I’d ever feel strong enough to train again.
Life has thrown more at me than I ever expected… illness, surgeries, setbacks, stress, starting a business from scratch, and days where just getting out of bed felt like an achievement 😭
But I’ve learned that progress isn’t about never falling down. It’s about getting back up every single time 💪 and I do, somehow, each time.
These are my first two workouts since being ill. They weren’t perfect, they weren’t the strongest, but they happened… and that’s enough. 💪
Here’s to rebuilding. One workout. One appointment. One step. One day at a time.
