Major grovelling post 😭

I've been MIA due to a ridiculous virus that has wiped the floor with me.
No amount of vitamins, minerals, herbs, tinctures, fruit, or vegetables have made me feel human 🤦🏻‍♀️and I've had to rely on antibiotics to help me get over it.
So if you know anyone who has/had it show them some love ♥️

But I had to make a post for this staggering Before & After instead!

Lymphatic Drainage is a whole body treatment. You have to unblock the system in a specific order to allow the body to work it's absolute magic.

My beautiful client came today for her first session and was really concerned with her legs, as they felt extremely heavy and lethargic.

The visual difference in these two images is undeniable, but my client could not believe how "light" her legs felt walking out of the treatment room.

In fact, they felt so light, she went and walked 2 miles this evening.
Amazing for her health journey 👌🏽✨

I know people probably think Lymphatic Drainage is "just another treatment"
