Not at all jealous of my first lovely lady, having a hot stone massage to start her Friday 🥰. What a way to start a weekend, especially with the more Autumnal mornings 🍂

Just a little note, Ashington Way near Asda is closed until the end of the month. Just in case you usually come that way for your appointment. The diversion is ok, you only have to go around Asda to get here. Thank you 😊

The things that happen behind the scenes of a massage therapist....

There are many things that need to happen to keep my little business going. Insurance, CPD, prep work for massages such as hot stones, writing up notes, arranging appointments, emails and messages amongst a lot of other things 😁.

Today is my day for first aid training which is a requirement for my insurance, to truly try and make sure you are as safe as possible when you are with me (although please try and not test out my first aid skills 🤣).

One of my lovely ladies said this to me yesterday (and made me nearly burst 🥰), feedback from after her last session. Being able to do the things you love, making bread, gardening, playing with the kids, doing the park run. Whatever your goal is, is what we work towards. It is the small simple things that matter most in life, whatever they may be, we can work towards it together.
