One of my lovely ladies said this to me yesterday (and made me nearly burst 🥰), feedback from after her last session. Being able to do the things you love, making bread, gardening, playing with the kids, doing the park run. Whatever your goal is, is what we work towards. It is the small simple things that matter most in life, whatever they may be, we can work towards it together.

The beauty of having your own business is that you can draw upon different strings when you need it.

Yesterday was a great example of this, combining hot stones with sports massage to help one of my lovely ladies and her shoulder. Combining the heat from the stones and pressure of the sports massage will hopefully get the results we want.

Bluebell the bolster had her first outing in her new home this morning to do a relaxing pregnancy massage for a beautiful Mum to be. To help with some lower back pain and some needed rest and restoration before little one arrives 🥰.
