Just over a weeks time 🤍

This will be a really social one so if you would like to join give me a massage.

I’ve also added in a mini goodie bag with a crystal and affirmation card for everyone attending 🤍🙌

Reiki is a gentle treatment that gives you the time and space to slow down, switch off and simply be.

It’s a chance to step away from the noise, relax your body, quieten your mind and allow yourself some time to restore and recharge.

No expectations. No need to do anything. Just time for you. 🤍✨

If you’ve never experienced Reiki before, this is your sign to give it a try.

It’s the deep tissue or hot stones for me 👌
