A big thank you to Serco for inviting us to be part of your Family Day for employees and their families at the hospital in Swindon.
It was lovely to be there representing Blood Test UK, meet everyone and have the opportunity to talk about the importance of looking after your health.

Did a Vitamin C + Glutathione drip this morning and honestly this combo is one of my favourites to do.
Vitamin C is great for brightening and collagen, but people forget it's also a big one for immunity too.
Glutathione is basically your body's own antioxidant, helps the liver detox and just keeps everything running that bit better.
