💎 We have been adding in darker colours for a while to increase health and shine but today we took the plunge.
💎 Dark, rich, shiny hair but keeping the beautiful contrast with a blonde face frame.
💎 Summer doesn’t always mean blonde hair
💎 colour corrections are a process and will take time especially when you have had dark colours or reds previously.
💎 we had previously used infill colours to cancel out the red but this time we wanted to feel blonde so we decided that leaving some warmth exposed was the compromise to not feeling too dark.
💎 today’s final finish was decided through discussion with the clients and we reached a point that we were both happy.

💎 Yesterday I had the immense honour of cutting Shay’s hair for an amazing charity, Little Princess Trust who create wigs for children who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment
💎 Shay chose to grow and donate his hair following the sad passing of his beloved father, whose anniversary it was today, 2.5.2026. RIP proud knowing you have raised a true gentleman!
💎 Not only did he donate his hair but also raised an amazing £700 also. I’m so glad I was able to be a small part of this journey!

💎MYTH BUSTER ALERT 🚨
💎 when you don’t have regular trims the ends of your hair will become dry and end up splitting, if you don’t get rid of these the split will continue to travel up the hair and won’t grow… Firstly a ‘split end sealer’ will NOT fix the problem, Secondly regular won’t encourage hair growth (there is lots of other things for that) but it WILL stop the hair snapping off at the ends because it’ll be healthy and nourished giving you beautiful shiny bouncy hair.
💎 so now who doesn’t love the feeling of a fresh cut, blunt ends, and best of all knowing it will now grow!
