IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE 🚨🚨

I’ve always tried to be as flexible and understanding as possible when it comes to appointments, but unfortunately the number of last-minute cancellations and no-shows has increased recently.

As a small business, a cancelled colour or extension appointment isn’t just an empty space in my diary — it can be several hours of work and income lost, often with very little chance of filling the appointment again.

So, going forward, all colour services and hair extension appointments will require a deposit at the time of booking.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans need to change — I just ask that you please give me as much notice as possible. 🤍

First day back in the salon after the awards… and after a 2-day hangover, I think we’re finally back to normal 😂🥂

My lovely Megan came in today with faded colour and her old blonde & brunette extensions ready for a complete refresh…

We brought the colour back to life with a gorgeous rich chocolate brunette, then added a fresh set of tape extensions with soft, natural blonde pieces running through to create the PERFECT blend 🤌🏼
