At 95, a visit to the bank became harder than expected. My ID had expired. The staff looked at me and said: "Policy is policy. No valid ID, no withdrawal. We must report this and call the police."

I felt helpless. Trouble was the last thing I wanted. A few minutes later, Officer Daniel Ruiz walked in.

He didn’t raise his voice. Instead, he spoke with patience. The officer offered to drive me to the licensing office so I could renew my document.

We went together. He waited by my side until it was done, then brought me back to the bank. This time, I received my money.

I thanked him quietly. It wasn’t duty — it was kindness. And that meant everything.

Its world Reef Day today, which reminded me of a conversation with a friend about the Tropic Sun Care products being expensive. They are not on at the cheaper end of the market, BUT, there are worth the money for many reasons.

A little goes a long way......... I love the sea and spend a lot of time in and out when on holiday. I put the factor 50 on 2o minutes before going to the beach and do not need to reapply for the whole day. I tan easily but still burn like everyone else so am and pm would be better for very fair skin.

I use factor 30 in this country and the sun day on my face all year round, over my moisturiser and under make up.

Of course the liquid foundation has factor25 included and
the cc cream has factor 50 included.
