Not the easiest conditions, but that’s where the growth happens.
Proud of the time. Proud of the effort. Even prouder that I kept pushing when it would’ve been easy to back off.
On to the next one 💪🏽

My journey into fitness and sports therapy has been built over years of learning, experience, and hands-on work.
It started at Exeter College studying BTEC Level 3 Fitness & Coaching, where I learned the foundations of coaching and movement.
I then went on to study BSc Sports Therapy at Plymouth Marjon University, where I gained valuable experience through placements with the university’s performance football teams and Plymouth Argyle Football Club.
Along the way, I’ve worked as a sports therapist and first aider with semi-professional football teams, learning what it really takes to support athletes in competitive environments.
I now work as a Personal Trainer & Sports Therapist at OJ Gyms, helping people train smarter, move better, and stay pain-free.
This journey has shaped how I coach today — and I’m still learning every day.
Rehab Session 🏃🏼🚲
In today’s session we have Aidan King!
Aidan is a GB Age Group Athlete competing in the Duathlon.
Through recent training, Aidan has sustained a hamstring tendinopathy and is looking to rebuild and rehab appropriately in order to return to usual training.
A hamstring tendinopathy usually results from repeated loading of the tendon, especially when load increases faster than the tendon can adapt.
Follow us through a rehab session💪🏼
