As my diary continues to get busier, I just wanted to kindly remind everyone of my 24-hour cancellation policy.

✨ Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

✨ Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge.

✨ No-shows will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly, and I will always be as understanding as possible. However, appointments are reserved especially for you, and late cancellations or missed appointments can have a big impact on my small business.

After 3 years of keeping my prices the same, I’d like to let you know that I’ll be introducing a small price increase from 1st October 2026.

It's never something I consider lightly! With the rising cost of quality products, supplies and ingredients, this increase will allow me to continue using the high-quality products you know and love, while also keeping my prices in line with other professional therapists.
