Five years ago, I bet on myself in a place I didn’t know, with no clients, no guarantees, and a whole lot of doubt. I remember the silence of those early days, sitting in an empty salon, wondering if anyone would walk through the door… if anyone would choose me.

There were moments I questioned everything. Moments that tested me, stretched me, and made me wonder if it was for me. But every setback carried a lesson, and every lesson I accepted with both hands.

Now, five years in business, a relocation and a space that is full of life, laughter, and a team of incredible girls I’m so proud to stand beside and the dream I once feared might fail has become something I get to live every single day.

I don’t take a second of this for granted. Every client, every appointment, every bit of support, it all means more than words can ever say and all because one day I decide to take a brave jump and open ‘Ross Alexander Hair’.

This journey has shown me that even when it feels uncertain, even when it feels impossible… things unfold exactly the way they’re meant to.

From nothing to something I’m endlessly proud of.
