Should I use an SPF everyday?

In a nutshell, yes you should……whatever the weather! Ideally, you should be applying it to your face neck and chest, to reduce the signs of premature ageing…..reapplying as necessary. The only time you don’t need an SPF is in bed!

Our amazing AWARD WINNING SPF30/50 Life Defence is a Broad Spectrum SPF to protect against UVA & UVB Rays that are harmful to your skin.

SPF’s are also essential to use alongside your exfoliating products, AHA’s and retinoids, as these can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. So a top tip would be to use your retinoids and AHA products at night ❤️☀️
