Just wanted to explain a little more about my policies …

Just to make sure everyone understands them 🥰

Deposits are to secure your appointment and are non refundable -cancellations are to be within a 48hr period so I can try and fill the gap in my diary - in this time frame I can re arrange your appointment to another day or try and swap it with other clients

Cancelations made within 24hrs will be charged 100% of your appointment value -same rule with no shows .

I hate having to do this but unfortunately i also have bills to pay 🥰 thank you for your understanding 🫶
