The Bronx is so much more than just a boxing gym. The training, discipline, confidence, friendships and support he has received over the years have all helped shape him into the young person he is today — and for that, I’ll always be grateful. ❤️

With the new boxing season now back in full swing, I wanted to do a little something to give back and help support a club that gives so much to our young boxers.

Due to our fully booked schedule, late arrivals may unfortunately result in your appointment being cancelled.

💗 Please come alone where possible.
If you’ve booked together with a friend, that’s absolutely fine, but otherwise we kindly ask that you don’t bring guests as our waiting area is very limited.

💗 For all hair-up & styling appointments:
Please arrive with clean, 100% dry hair. We recommend washing your hair at the latest Thursday evening so it isn’t too soft

Please remember that when you book an appointment, that time is reserved especially for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows make a huge impact on small businesses.

Going forward, appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, or missed without notice, will result in a cancellation fee, and may affect any future bookings to be made.
