A little something different this time… 🤍✨
Remember the grey blending transformation I shared before? Well, this time we decided to play around with something a little softer and more dimensional.
Using BlondorPlex /05 Scandi Rose, we created the most beautiful soft, rosy-neutral tones while still allowing her natural greys to shine through. 🩶🌸
Grey blending doesn’t have to mean completely covering your greys — it’s about working with them, enhancing them and creating a colour that feels effortless, soft and completely bespoke to you. ✨

✨ Soft, seamless & beautifully natural ✨
A subtle refresh for my beautiful client 🤎
We added delicate baby lights throughout to brighten and create dimension, with soft face framing to beautifully brighten around the face ✨
The goal was to slightly tone down her natural warmth without creating a harsh regrowth, so I opted for a beautiful Colour Touch gloss using:

The result? A soft, creamy, dimensional finish that still feels completely natural and effortless. 🤍
Sometimes you don’t need a huge transformation… just the right tones in the right places. ✨

LET ME EXAPLAIN ….. ➡️ FROM BOX DYE WARMTH → A BEAUTIFUL NEUTRAL BASE ✨
Today’s transformation was all about removing the unwanted warmth and creating the perfect canvas for what comes next 🤎
My client had previous box dye through her hair which had left some unwanted red/warm tones. Rather than going straight in with another colour, we started with a colour bath to gently reduce that warmth and create a much more neutral, balanced base. 🫧🤎
From there I created a soft root drag and added different tones through the lengths for dimension, finished with face framing and layers to beautifully elevate the face ✂️✨
🤎 Root drag: 4/0 + 5/97 — 2:1
🤎 Ends: Colour Touch 5/0 + 5/19 + 5/97 — 1:2:1
This is why a proper consultation and colour plan is EVERYTHING when working with previous box dye. Sometimes the best transformation starts with creating the right base first. ✨
