So I have been doing a program that calls for mono eating for successful gut repair and weight loss. To be honest I am terrible at any diet thank goodness this is not so much about dieting but health, all round wellness and changes.

Its hard at first but the different in day to day health is marked I must say and when I get the weight where I want it adjustment to what I eat are there.

Haha a fun moment with my daughter... We really don't laugh enough do we??

I am not a fad person generally. I have learned not to be so rigid about all being of simply ignoring my own needs.. But still feel it always needs balance so I don't become all about self.. Yuk!

Balance with faith, food, family, fun, friends and me can get out of wack easily.

I would love you to share how you attend to you need and balance it all so we can encourage and give each other helpful ideas.

I have not been on this page in sometime as I have been under construction!!
Major changes in so many areas and guess what? Yes I neglected healthy eating etc. So alone my journey I have made contact with Kathy who is helping me through a program called Learning to Live Again. No nonsense no fast fix and plenty of help and encouragement. 🙃 Just doing what it takes.
