I heard this said recently as relating to our shared and individual experiences with Covid and it really struck a chord.

It's applicable to just about everything.

Everyone will be having a different experience with anything going on in their life: parenting, work, health, family. It's such a good thing to remember to let yourself own your own experience and not measure it against anyone else's, and to also know that others have things going on in their life that aren't experienced in the same way as yours, even though you may be in the same exact stage and chapter.

Self-knowledge is self-care indeed 😍
