Don’t think I can’t see your story guys!!
Do any other practitioners agree with me?
Aesthetics in 2026 is a completely different market than when I first joined so here’s what I would do if I was a new aesthetics doctor entering this market step by step
1) I’d start out cheap to get clients through the door to help get confidence with injecting- getting a mentor can really help here
2) I’d ask the cheaper clients to get before and after to build a portfolio for social media. This is really valuable and something you can even take to aesthetics clinics for jobs!
3) I’d then learn the advance techniques such as nose filler or under eye filler
4) I’d then be skilled at injecting and invest in a marketing campaign with influencers as well and you’re off to the races!
Keep the costs low, learn your trade build your audience and there you have it- a profitable aesthetics clinic
Wait till you see the dessert…But here’s everything I ate at the Nobu unlimited sushi brunch in Portman square in london (based next to Nobu hotel)
The sushi, sashimi and the miso black cod were unbelievable but the star of the show was the spicy salmon tacos with avocado and matsuhisu sauce!
The desserts platter did let it down I’m afraid - really lacking flavour and felt like an afterthought. A typical dessert buffet where they look better than they taste!
I need your help- any tips on how i can convince my clients to share their before and after on social media
Look we’re a small brand and people want to see our work so it’s really important we advertise our treatments we do but what I find is 99% of people don’t want us to share their face on social media
Maybe it’s embarrassing or they don’t want anyone knowing they have had treatment done but do you have any tips to help me advertise my work!
