What’s one thing a therapist has done that made you become a loyal client or made you shout from the rooftops about your experience? 🙌🏼

Hi everyone 💛

Well... summer has well and truly arrived and, like many of you, I'm officially in full-on mum mode for the next few weeks! ☀️😂

The last few months have been a bit of a whirlwind with moving house, settling in and keeping up with everyday life, so social media has definitely taken a back seat.
But I just wanted to pop on and say hello because it's been a while. 🫶🏼

Thank you to everyone who's checked in on me, sent messages or continued to support my little business. It genuinely means such a lot. ❤️

One thing I've been reminded of recently is just how important it is to slow down every now and then. We're all so busy looking after everyone else that we often forget to look after ourselves too. ☕️🛁

Whether that's a massage, an hour with a book, a walk in the sunshine or simply sitting down with a cup of tea while it's still hot, you deserve those moments too.

Hope all my lovely ladies have a wonderful summer, I know lots of you are away yourselves or looking after the children or grandchildren! I can’t wait to see you all in September, I’m sure we will all be in need of some relaxation by then ☺️🥰

H E L L O everyone ♥️

As lots of my lovely clients know, we’ve been waiting to move house since August last year, it’s been a very long and stressful process and at times felt impossible but we have finally moved into our beautiful new home! 🙌🏼🥂

Saying goodbye to our old home was tough and the children have found it hard adjusting but we are slowly getting there, they’ve been amazing and I’m so proud of how they’ve handled it all. 🥰

My old treatment room was the most beautiful set up and I’ll miss it dearly, but we are now putting plans in place to create something even more special in our new home, in Cleckheaton. 🏡

I am hoping to create a temporary space to work from for my regular clients in the meantime and will update you all as soon as I’m able to re start my diary… 📔

For anyone who has gift vouchers, these will be extended by the amount of time I’m closed so that you have plenty of time to use them once I reopen fully. 💌

I have the best clients and you’ve all been so lovely and patient with me during this very awkward and unpredictable time. Thank you so much for your understanding. 🫶🏼

I hope you are all well and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as possible.
I’ve a few more boxes to unpack just yet though ☺️🤦🏼‍♀️
