Our practitioner is very careful with patients eyes and we always have a prescription in place for our patients to ensure you are treated with authentic toxin from the uk pharmacy. However, we have had people come into our clinic with swelling under the eyes, people who have had their treatments else where, we have to say, we are very sorry we can not help. If you have this complication you need to go back to the original injector. We can not help because we can not be sure you have had authentic product injected, or it was delivered using the correct technique and dosage.
We cannot get the insurance to cover us to help you.
