The long awaited appointment finally happened today.
We are beyond happy with the results for our first attempt to break Katie away from the permanent colour trap.

AFTER - DURING - BEFORE
This was one to get the brain thinking. My lovely client needed to switch to a lower maintenance colour but still wanted to be blonde, we opted for some airtouch lowlights to break up the lines from past highlights and some fresh baby lights with a little root tap.
We are over the moon with the finished result and can't wait to see how this grows out.

It's January, my brain hasn't really rested still, so I can't think of anything to say other than, I did this, I really like it and I'm really proud of myself!
And I'm so envious because I have about 3 hairs on my head 🙃 the torture of being a hairdresser with really fine hair.

And also, thank you for being a friend, I love our chats and getting to hear about your lives with all of the ups and downs. Being a hairdresser is so special, I really treasure our time together.
The new year is bringing changes to MLP Hair, including the end of my time at .studio. Thank you .hair for making my time with you so fabulous, I haven't ever been to a Christmas party as wild as that one. I'll miss you all 😘
