Mikey started with us at Rag & Bone from scratch, zero training, never worked in a barbershop, nothing, but we saw the raw ability, the energy, and the infectious… random chat 😜that made him a perfect fit.

We took him in as an apprentice, fast forward, fully booked, and now stepping up as Senior Barber next week.

Kye started with us at 16 as an apprentice.

We’re buzzing to promote him to Senior Barber.

He’s come through the right way at Jeffrey Street, learning from the team and building his clientele from 1–2 cuts a day to being fully booked most days. The level he’s at now, especially at 19, speaks for itself. He’s got a serious future ahead of him.

You’re an inspiration to the younger lads coming through. Shows it’s all worth it if you put the work in.
