Aromatherapy supporting the mental health of serving and retired Police Officers 💙

Recently, I spent the day at Flint House near Reading, working alongside their wonderful nursing team to develop and expand their aromatherapy workshop offerings.

Together, we explored new essential oils they can introduce into their sessions, as well as fresh, interactive ways to deliver workshops that truly engage and empower attendees.

We focused on blends and approaches to support:
✨ Stress & anxiety
✨ PTSD & trauma
✨ Work–life balance
✨ Emotional resilience
…and much more.

Serving and retired Police Officers can access these supportive services whenever they need them — a vital resource for those who give so much in their roles.
It’s always an honour to contribute to work that prioritises the wellbeing of those who serve our communities. 💙

On Saturday, a lovely group of ten ladies joined me for a workshop creating Aromatherapy Christmas gifts including bath salts, bath oil and a body oil 🎁✨

As I plan ahead for 2026, I’ve been looking back at all the wonderful workshops I’ve hosted this year.
