Finishing up a busy clinic day with this little beauties that deserve a place on the grid. 📷
I don’t post a lot of after photos as I think they can give unrealistic expectations. Everyone’s anatomy is different, so their outcomes are likely going to be different. I also don’t post before or afters of treatments which use prescription only medications such as botox, as this is not allowed. So it can be difficult to showcase work. That’s why word of mouth is worth is weight in gold in Aesthetics.
These were refilled tonight, after dissolving old filler a few weeks ago. Lovely natural results that compliment features perfectly 💋

Lots of new followers since my announcement about my second location so allow me to reintroduce myself 👋🏻
I’m Tash, registered nurse, independent prescriber with a post graduate diploma in cosmetic medicine. I have practiced aesthetics for the last decade and I am a regional leader for the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses.
I live by the moto “if it’s done well you can’t tell” really focusing on subtle but effective enhancements. I believe that safety and education is paramount and only introduce treatments into practice that I truly believe in, have science to back them up, excellent safety profiles and are known within the specialty.
I offer clinics in two locations:
📍 21 Dock Street, Dundee.
📍 11 Station Road, Carnoustie
Both are bookable via the link in my bio. I also recently went back to my nhs post in the NICU, so available appointments are updated regularly.
Anything else, just ask

To celebrate my first official day in my second location, I’m so excited to be giving one lucky winner the chance to win a £100 voucher to use towards treatment.
I’m so proud to now be offering appointments in Carnoustie as my second location alongside Dundee, and I can’t wait to welcome both new and existing clients through the door.

✨ A new chapter for 21 Dock Street ✨
Back in October we quietly celebrated our 7th birthday. Usually we’d mark it with a big post and celebration, but this year we did things a little differently while we quietly got a few things in place.
Seven years ago, I took on 21 Dock Street as a total refurb project, with a vision, a handy father-in-law, and a whole lot of helping hands. Together, we turned it into my clinic. Over those years, this little space became so much more than four walls, it’s been my second home. I’ve welcomed incredible people through its doors… from staff and mentees to the most loyal, supportive patients I could ever wish for.
At the start of this year, I knew it was time for a change, to pass the keys on to someone I know will love the space as much as I do. Watching her grow her own little side hustle into a thriving aesthetics business, I couldn’t think of anyone more perfect to take the clinic into its next chapter. So, with a very full heart, I’m thrilled to share that the lovely will be taking over the clinic. 🖤
What does this mean for our patients?
Right now, absolutely nothing! I’ll still be working in my usual room, and Zara will still be in hers. The only difference is that we’ll shortly be joined by the two lovely Lauras, turning 21 Dock Street into a real powerhouse of a clinic 🙌🏻
This is absolutely not goodbye. This next step gives me a little more space to focus on the other things that mean the world to me, focusing on my own patients, mentoring other nurses, my NICU work and most importantly soaking up time with my boys. 🤍
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who’s been part of 21 Dock Street’s journey so far. Here’s to its next beautiful chapter. I can’t wait to watch it flourish as I cheer on from the sidelines.
Merry Christmas everyone, I can’t wait to catch up with you in 2026.
Tash 🖤

✨ A dream is a wish your heart makes ✨
Sometimes I wonder if my patients truly realise the difference they make to my life. Every single booking, every kind word, every bit of loyalty you’ve shown to my little business has created something so much bigger than treatments and skincare.
Because of them I’m able to give my boys experiences that I could only have dreamed of once upon a time. Last night standing here with them in front of the castle at Disneyland Paris. I couldn’t help but feel emotional, knowing that your support is what makes moments like this possible 🏰 ✨
Behind the scenes of the business, I’m honestly just a mum trying to give her children the best life she can. The love you’ve shown me doesn’t just keep the doors of my clinic open, it builds memories for my boys that will stay with them forever 🩷
So truly, thank you. Thank you for trusting me, for choosing me for cheering me on, and for being part of our journey. You are woven into our story more than you know, and I’ll never take that for granted. 💫

After a pretty emotional week, I was absolutely blown away to learn that someone within my BAMAN community has put me forward for a “Leaders Impact Award” at the up coming Christmas party and award ceremony 🥹
I remember when I first started in aesthetics, I felt so alone stumbling my way from a to b, trying to figure out how to run a business in a speciality which was changing constantly and with very little support. Over time I managed to create a network, people who I could rely on but also that I could give back to. So when the opportunity came to become a regional lead and advocate for the aesthetic nurses in my area I knew my goal was going to be to create a supportive network that would help other nurses who were feeling the way I once did.
Some days I think I have bit off more than I can chew, that the juggle of everything is too much then I get little reminders from the universe which remind me of exactly why I’m doing it. Just like that email ✨
I’m ok if I don’t win, our association is full of exceptional leaders who go over and above to drive the aesthetics speciality forward in various ways however hearing my own efforts are seen and appreciated means more to me than you will ever know. So whoever put me forward thank you 🙏🏼 you have no idea just how much it means.
Roll on 14th of November, for a Christmas celebration like no other BAMAN style 🥂

August slipped away into a moment in time 🍂
Another month and season gone almost in a blink of an eye. It was a summer for beach walks and loch paddling. My baby boy turned into a 10 year old, the clinic moved one month closer to its fast approaching 7th birthday. I caught up with some of my fellow , welcomed another business mentoring client and I officially started a 10 month maternity contact with my little NICU unit 👶
Looking at my diary for September, it is already shaping up to be a good one, more on that later though as there is a pumpkin spiced latte with my name on it 🎃

It’s been almost 5 months since I found myself back in Nhs blues. The most frequent question I get asked is why did you come back? Usually followed by comments about the pay or the hours. The honest truth is I missed it and I didn’t really know how much so until now. There’s gentle reminders every shift that make me smile. Like this week, when a parent of one of the babies handed me a bunch of flowers to say thank you for listening and being an advocate not only for her baby but for her. And that’s what it’s all about. A small gesture to some, can have a ripple effect 🌹 it doesn’t matter if it’s in the walls of my own clinic or on the corridors of the hospital, I will always support is always the goal 🥰

Sbohem Prague, you have been a delight 🇨🇿 ☀️
As I said in my previous post, over the last year or so I have really took the time to connect to who I am and what I need to feel whole. One of these things is travel, something that has been a core part of who I am since my late teenage years. Having the ability to visit new places and experiences is up there with one of my basic needs. I always joke to Colin that life is a massive selection box and I want to sample it all 🤣
One of the very first tasks I do with my consultancy clients is get them so really think about their personal goals. Business goals are of course also important but if you don’t understand your personal goals, how do you expect to align your business goals with that you really want? 🤔
Travel is one of my personal goals, I’m fortunate enough to get to do this both in and out of the business, something that I am insanely thankful for.
Now for the important question where to next? 🌍 ✈️ ❤️
