Yoga this evening in St Tudy village hall!🧘🏻‍♀️

Another beautiful day folks!☀️

Started my morning with some strength training for a change. Since reaching my 50’s, it’s important for me to make this part of my routine as well as yoga.🧘🏻‍♀️

Sometimes it’s hard to form new habits & this for me isn’t always easy. What is important is that we start anything new with an open mind & slowly build ourselves up overtime as we become stronger.🌿

While writing this post, I’ve just made myself a cup of Rosemary, Sage & Thyme herbal tea from herbs I’ve grown in my garden 🪴 (a new one for me!🙈) but it actually tastes pretty good! 🍵

✨Even if you are new to yoga, you can take things at your own pace with modifications given throughout.

✨Yoga is about enjoying the journey & not rushing to the destination.
