Sometimes the best thing we can do on a Monday is stop looking at the enormous list of things we should do… and ask ourselves:

💚 What do I actually NEED today?

Maybe you need to be productive.

Maybe you need to slow down.

Maybe you need an early night.

Maybe you need a walk and some fresh air.

Maybe you simply need 5 quiet minutes with your skincare and yourself. 🥰

Your self-care doesn’t have to be big or impressive to count.

Those few minutes cleansing your face…

Applying your moisturiser…

Drinking that extra glass of water…

Looking in the mirror and speaking kindly to the person looking back…

It ALL counts. ❤️

So this week, instead of asking:

“How much can I get done?”

Try asking:

“How can I look after ME while I’m doing it?”

Because you are not at the bottom of this week’s to-do list.

Today has really made me stop and think about why being part of Tropic means so much to me.

Of course, I absolutely love the products, the people I’ve met and the opportunities being an Ambassador has given me... but there’s something else that makes me incredibly proud.

Knowing that what we do can genuinely help make a difference. 💚

Giving isn’t something Tropic does on the side... it’s built into the way the business grows.

Through Tropic’s Infinite Purpose, that growth helps support work towards a healthier, greener and more empowered world. 🌍🌿

And the lovely thing is, every Ambassador and every customer plays a little part in making that possible.

That’s something pretty special to think about.

🌿 FRIDAY FEELING.........SLOW DOWN 🌿

Hello lovely Skin Club community 😘

I’ve been thinking lately about just how quickly life seems to move.

Not just the weeks or the weekends…
.. but the months, the seasons, the years.

We’re always looking towards the next thing... Friday, the weekend, the holiday, finishing that job, reaching that goal.

And then suddenly another week has gone.🥲

It made me think … how much of our life do we actually stop and savour while we’re living it? ❤️

We spend so much time thinking about what needs doing next...work, business, housework, messages, appointments, looking after everyone else... that sometimes we forget to simply be in the day we're living.

So my Friday Feeling for us all today is simply this:

✨ Slow down for a moment.

✨ Take a proper breath.

✨ Look around you.

✨ Enjoy that cup of tea/coffee while it's still hot. ☕

✨ Notice the sky, the flowers, the people around you.

✨ Put the phone down for ten minutes.

✨ Savour an ordinary little moment.

The emails can wait.

The washing can wait.

The work can wait.

Because sometimes the things that feel urgent, really aren't.

Today is part of your life too... don't be so busy getting through it that you forget to enjoy it. 💚

And perhaps that's our little Skin Club challenge for today…

We never really know when someone might need to hear those words.
