Today was my first trial run for deliveries, and honestly, I still don't quite know how I managed it with everything that could go wrong seemingly doing just that! 😅 We ran out of bread bags, ran out of tags, and I even forgot to bake a loaf for myself!

Despite the chaos, seeing your support and knowing my sourdough is heading to your homes made it all worthwhile. I'm incredibly grateful for every single order.

Over the next couple of weeks, I'll be putting together a menu of sourdough goodies that will be available each week.

With the recent heatwave ☀️ and what feels like half the flock deciding to go broody 🐔😂, our lovely girls aren't laying quite as many eggs as usual. As a result, availability is more limited than normal.

We don’t always get a spring harvest of honey, but we will this year 🍯

The warm weather last month meant we had a really strong nectar flow, and the bees were able to stock up beautifully.

This season invites us to slow down, root in, and nourish deeply, supporting our bodies as they settle into winter’s natural rhythm.

What’s in season right now mirrors exactly what we need:
🥕 Root vegetables like carrots, beetroot, and parsnips for grounding and warmth
🥬 Hardy greens such as kale and cabbage, rich in minerals to support us through the colder days
🌰 Nuts, seeds, and warming herbs to sustain energy and bring gentle comfort
