Just a little reminder to get your appointments booked in!
I’ve got a few events coming up over the summer, so I’ll be taking a little extra time off to spend with my family ☀️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

My diary is already filling up quickly, especially for evenings, i will be working more weekends so if you know you’ll need an appointment over the next few months, please book in advance to avoid disappointment 💅✨

✨ A little reminder about my cancellation policy ✨

As many of you know, this is my full-time job and my only source of income. When appointments are cancelled last minute or people don’t show up, it leaves gaps in my day that are almost impossible to fill and unfortunately that means lost earnings I can’t recover.

This week alone I’ve lost alot of my income due to late cancellations or even changing your appointment on the day, and while I completely understand emergencies happen, I really need clients to respect the time set aside for their appointments.

Going forward, I’ll be reinforcing my cancellation policy: • Please give at least 24hrs hours notice if you need to cancel or rearrange. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in full treatment cost to pay still.

From now if your phone number or bank details arnt in the system your appointment wont be going ahead if you need me to put your number in please message so I can sort it please.

I value every single client and appreciate your support more than you know — this policy simply helps protect my business and livelihood. Thank you for understanding and continuing to support a small business 🖤
