Helping Women Fall in Love With Their Skin & Take Back Control Of Their Hormones

18/09/2026

This is what building, not overfilling, can look like 👏

This result is after a second Radiesse treatment, carried out 8 weeks after the first, with this session focused specifically on strengthening and defining the jawline.

Radiesse is a biostimulatory treatment, meaning we’re not simply chasing an immediate change. It works by stimulating your own collagen production, helping to improve structure, firmness and skin quality over time.

So, what happens now? We leave the skin to do the work.

The next planned treatment for this client will be maintenance in around 12 months, because once we’ve built the result, the goal is to maintain it rather than continually add more.

If you’re noticing changes through the lower face and jawline and want to understand what treatment would actually be appropriate for you, complete my skin form via the link in my bio to begin 🔗

The things you simply can’t switch off once you work in aesthetics…🤣🤣

After years of working with skin, you start noticing the little things everywhere… texture, pigmentation, volume changes, beautiful treatment results… it becomes second nature.

BUT probably my favourite part? Seeing genuinely good, natural-looking work and appreciating the skill behind it 👏🏼

Fellow skin professionals… please tell me I’m not the only one? 👀

And clients, which one are you guilty of? 😂

Not all biostimulators work in the same way and choosing the right one should always come down to your skin, your health and what we’re actually trying to achieve 💉

Sculptra and Radiesse are both designed to stimulate collagen, but they have different properties, which means one may be better suited to a particular client, treatment area or concern than the other.

This is particularly important when I’m treating areas of thinner skin, supporting the skin following significant weight loss, or looking at the bigger picture of a client’s health and medication.

It’s why I’ll never choose a treatment simply because it’s popular or trending.

The consultation comes first.

We look at your skin, your medical history, your concerns and your desired outcome… and then I recommend what I believe is most appropriate for you.

How to mildly infuriate your aesthetician 😂

You know the comments. The ones that make me stop mid-treatment, take a second… and wonder where we went wrong 😂

All said with love, obviously.

Things my clients say that send me over the edge…

Wait for it 👉

If I had a limited budget to spend on my skin every year, I wouldn’t try to squeeze in as many treatments as possible.

I’d put my money into treatments that encourage my skin to work better for itself.

For me, two treatments would be high on that list:

1️⃣ Medical Microneedling

Medical microneedling stimulates collagen production and work on overall skin quality, texture, pores, pigmentation and signs of ageing.

2️⃣ Radiesse

Radiesse used as a biostimulator to encourage collagen and elastin production, helping to improve firmness, structure and skin quality over time.

Neither is about dramatically changing your face.

They’re about investing in the quality of the skin and the structures underneath it and creating results that continue to develop after you leave the clinic.

Of course, the right treatment plan will always depend on your skin, your concerns and your budget. For many concerns, a course of treatment rather than a single appointment is where we see the best results.

My advice? Don’t spend your budget trying everything.

Spend it strategically on what your skin actually needs.

Retinol gets all the attention… but it’s not the only option 👀

For many people, it’s not always the most effective one either. This is why it is so important to understand how different forms of vitamin A actually work and can completely change the results you see from your skincare.

This is exactly what we look at during your consultation, not just what you’re using, but how well it’s working for YOUR skin.

If your routine feels a bit confusing or underwhelming, it might be time to take a closer look. Complete the skin form in my bio to begin 🔗

Summer is nearly over and your skin might be starting to show the effects of it 🚨

You could be seeing more pigmentation, dehydration, congestion, dullness, changes in texture…

Sometimes it’s only when the seasons begin to shift that we really start to notice what’s changed.

This is where I don’t want you to panic and buy a whole new skincare routine 🫠

Your skin doesn’t necessarily need more. It needs the right things for what it’s doing now.

Autumn is a really good opportunity to reassess your skin, your homecare and your treatment plan, particularly if there are concerns you’ve been wanting to work on for a while.

Your skin plan shouldn’t stay exactly the same all year round.

We look at the skin in front of us, understand what it needs and make a plan from there 🩵

I hate to break it to you 💔 but it is often not the big things having a negative impact on your skin 😞
It’s the small, everyday habits that quietly impact your skin over time.

1️⃣ The towel you reuse.2️⃣ The pillowcase you forget about.3️⃣ The unconscious face touching.4️⃣ The quick cleanse without properly washing your hands first.

Individually, they seem minor but together, they can contribute to congestion, irritation and breakouts.

The truth is, good skin isn’t just about the products you use, it’s about the environment you’re putting your skin in every single day.

If your skin isn’t responding the way you expect, it might be time to look beyond your skincare and into your habits 👀
