Another Ash Dieback season comes to an end. Now bird nesting season is upon us. Time for a break from the felling, and looking forward to some drier warmer weather (hopefully) with our spring/summer work.

Pollarding a Black Poplar to a more manageable height, preventing the heavily weighted limbs from eventually splitting from the branch unions, and causing damage to the tree and surrounding buildings. We hired in a 25 metre Mewp from Chipper Hire South West to carry out this work. Fantastic peice of equipment. Bearded Climber Becky Walters ecologist

Well, it's been a very busy winter season working for our Nature Conservation Clients, on various sites throughout the county. Habitat and grassland restoration. Hard work but very rewarding. Bearded Climber

Now the bird nesting season is over, time to start Robo flailing the larger woody scrub. Such as this Gorse and Bramble regrowth. Part of the limestone grassland restoration work we carry out for our clients.
