Most clients see it as a deep transformation into a more authentic aspect of themselves this is why i ve become known over the years as a shamanic stylist . I have been hairdressing since 1983, working with top salons/hair shows/performers. i have been working on dreads since i first dreaded my own hair in 1992. I have been working with hair extensions since the 1980 s & i was lucky enough to be trained with Simon Forbes the world renowned creator of hair extensions. I have done many different methods of dreads and extensions over the years. To secure any appointment a booking deposit is required in advance, appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. PLEASE NOTE
Booking deposits are strictly non refundable. The deposit is deducted from the total balance payable on the day of your appointment . Deposits secure dedicated time , often for a full day s work , during which i am unable to take other clients. Many clients choose to roll their deposit over to secure their next appointment in advance, as availability can be limited. This is optional and subject to availability. MOVING AND CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
If you need to move your appointment to another date within the same week , an additional charge applies. This reflects the unpaid time required to contact other clients and attempt to re arrange the schedule. If an alternative date within the same week cannot be arranged , the appointment is classed as a cancellation. In the event of a cancellation , the booking deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to book a new appointment. THESE POLICIES ARE IN PLACE TO PROTECT MY BUSINESS AS A SELF EMPLOYED SERVICE PROVIDER AND ARE APPLIED FAIRLY AND CONSISTENTLY TO ALL CLIENTS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND CONTINUED SUPPORT. The cost varies LOTS as every client is unique. I m usually booked up in advance so please be prepaired for a wait.
