Non-surgical rhinoplasty, expertly performed by our Nurse Injector, Lydia.
Using carefully placed hyaluronic acid dermal filler, we can improve the appearance of the nasal profile without surgery.
This treatment can help to:
- Camouflage the appearance of a dorsal hump
- Create the illusion of a straighter nasal bridge
- Improve profile balance and facial harmony
- Refine the appearance of the nasal contour
The aim? Not to change your features, but to enhance your natural proportions with subtle, considered adjustments.
At Better You Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic, our approach is always guided by facial anatomy, clinical expertise and patient safety.
Non-surgical rhinoplasty is an advanced, high-risk injectable procedure and is not suitable for everyone. A thorough consultation is essential to discuss suitability, limitations and potential complications, including vascular occlusion and, rarely, visual loss.

Facial rejuvenation is about more than treating individual lines and wrinkles. It’s about understanding the ageing process and improving skin quality from within.
Our patient’s journey reflects our approach at Better You Medical Aesthetics: personalised, evidence-based treatment planning that considers the face as a whole.
One of the treatments incorporated into her journey is Morpheus8 Burst, an advanced radiofrequency microneedling technology designed to target skin quality, texture and laxity.
So, what makes Morpheus8 Burst different?
As we age, collagen and elastin production naturally decline, contributing to changes in skin firmness, texture and elasticity. These changes occur alongside alterations in facial fat compartments, bone structure and soft tissue support.
Morpheus8 Burst combines microneedling with controlled radiofrequency energy delivered into the skin and underlying tissue. This creates a thermal response that stimulates the body’s natural wound-healing processes and encourages collagen remodelling over time.
What can Morpheus8 Burst help improve?
✨ Skin laxity – helping to improve the appearance of mild to moderate skin looseness.
✨ Fine lines and wrinkles – supporting smoother-looking skin through collagen remodelling.
✨ Skin texture – improving the appearance of uneven texture and certain types of acne scarring.
✨ Skin firmness – encouraging gradual improvements in skin quality and resilience.
✨ Overall skin rejuvenation – addressing several skin concerns within a carefully planned treatment programme.
Why do we take a combination approach to facial ageing?
Because no single treatment addresses every aspect of ageing.
Skin laxity, volume changes, facial movement and deterioration in skin quality are different processes. Understanding these differences allows us to create individualised treatment plans rather than relying on a one-treatment-fits-all approach.
At Better You Medical Aesthetics, our focus is not on changing how you look. It is on preserving your natural features, supporting skin health and achieving subtle, balanced outcomes.
The goal? To look refreshed, not different.

✨ WE ARE OFFICIALLY CQC REGISTERED ✨
We are incredibly proud to announce that Better You Medical Aesthetics & Skin Clinic is now officially registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
This is a huge milestone for our clinic and something we have worked incredibly hard to achieve behind the scenes.
CQC registration means that our clinic operates within a regulated healthcare framework, with robust standards surrounding patient safety, clinical governance, infection prevention and control, medicines management, safeguarding and quality of care.
For our patients, it provides another layer of reassurance that when you choose BU, you are choosing a clinic committed to doing things properly — with your safety, wellbeing and quality of care at the heart of every decision we make.
As a nurse-led medical aesthetics and skin clinic, clinical excellence has always been fundamental to who we are. Becoming CQC registered represents the next chapter for BU and reflects how much the clinic has grown since we first opened our doors.
There has been an enormous amount of work involved in reaching this point, and I couldn’t have done it without my incredible team. I am so proud of what we have built together. 🤍
To every patient who has trusted us with their care, supported the clinic and grown with us — thank you.
This one means a lot.
BU is officially CQC registered. 🤍✨

Polynucleotides are having a moment but what actually are they?
Think of them as skin repairing messengers. Polynucleotides are made from purified DNA fragments that work with your skin to support its natural repair processes, helping to improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality.
They’re not about changing your features or creating instant volume. Instead, the aim is healthier, stronger-looking skin that improves gradually over time.
At BU, we use polynucleotides as part of a personalised treatment plan, depending on your skin, concerns and the results you’re looking to achieve.
Good skin takes time and sometimes the best results come from supporting what your skin already knows how to do 🤍
You heard that right 🤍
One microneedling treatment can trigger a significant boost in your skin’s natural collagen production helping to improve texture, firmness and overall skin quality over time.
While retinol supports collagen production as part of a consistent skincare routine, microneedling works differently by creating controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate the body’s natural repair process.
Think of it as giving your skin a reason to rebuild.
Results take time, but with the right treatment plan and homecare, collagen stimulation can make a real difference to the way your skin looks and feels.
Always start with a consultation so your treatment can be tailored to your skin.

We had to jump on this one 🤭
Skincare isn’t about following the latest TikTok trend. It’s about understanding what your skin actually needs.
Your skin deserves more than constantly switching products because they’re trending. A well chosen, clinically backed routine can support your skin long term, rather than simply chasing quick results.
At BU, we’re big believers in quality over trends. Obagi is one of the medical-grade skincare ranges we recommend because it’s built around clinically backed ingredients and targeted formulations, with products chosen around your individual skin concerns.
Sometimes upgrading your skincare is simply about going back to basics: understanding your skin, using the right products and being consistent.
Your skin is worth investing in. 🤍
