Last week at Ilkley Lido, we welcomed another beautiful group into the water for an evening of deep relaxation, gentle sound and stillness.

As the sun lowered and the pool grew quiet, the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and chimes drifted across the water, creating a space to pause, breathe and simply be.

In a world that constantly asks us to do more, these moments of rest feel more important than ever.

Today we celebrate two powerful reminders of life’s cycles.

The Summer Solstice, the longest day of the year, invites us to pause and appreciate the light, growth and abundance around us. It marks a turning point in nature’s rhythm and offers a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come and what we wish to nurture in the months ahead.

And on Father’s Day, we honour the fathers, stepfathers, grandfathers, father figures and role models who provide strength, support, guidance and love in so many different ways.

Whether you’re spending today with family, in nature, with your community, or simply taking a moment for yourself, we hope you find time to slow down, breathe deeply and appreciate the connections that matter most.

We also send love to those remembering fathers who are no longer with us. Their presence may be gone, but their impact, love and memories remain woven into the fabric of who we are.
