I just had to share this side profile… because this is exactly what mature lip filler should be about. 🤍

Lip filler is often associated with the younger generation and creating bigger lips — but for the mature client, the goal can be very different.

DERMAL FILLERS | FACIAL PROFILING

Dermal filler isn’t about following a template — because no two faces are the same.

Facial profiling looks at the face as a whole, considering your individual anatomy, proportions, symmetry, volume distribution and how each feature relates to the next.

Rather than simply treating an isolated line or area, a full facial assessment allows us to identify where subtle support or volume may create better overall balance and harmony.

Dermal filler can be used across areas including the temples, tear troughs, cheeks, nose, nasolabial folds, lips, marionette lines, jawline and chin — but that doesn’t mean every area needs to be treated.

The amount of product, placement and treatment plan should always be individual to you.

Sometimes improving one carefully selected area can positively influence the appearance of another. Other times, a combination of small, considered adjustments across several areas can create a more balanced result than placing a larger amount of filler in one area alone.

My approach at SC Skin & Aesthetics Clinic is always to assess first and treat second.

The aim is not to change your face or create a “filler look”. It’s to work with your existing features, restore support where appropriate and create natural-looking results that remain individual to you.

Every face is different. Every treatment plan should be too.
