Your skin has no idea what’s gone viral!

The best skincare isn’t always the product everyone’s talking about. It’s the product that actually makes sense for your skin, your concerns and what’s going on underneath them.

Trends come and go. Your skin’s biology doesn’t.

Consultations are available through the link in my bio 🤍

Just a reminder than skincare isn't always what's on the bathroom shelf 🤍

Adult acne needs an adult approach 👏🏼

If you’re still treating your skin the same way you did at 16, it might explain why you’re getting nowhere.

Adult acne can be influenced by so much more than oil and blocked pores, which is why I look at your skin, your routine and what might be driving your breakouts before deciding how we treat them.

Because sometimes, adding another acne product is the last thing your skin needs.

Your skin should never be something you feel you need to apologise for. 🤍

You’re here to be understood, not judged.

Drinking more water won't magically fix dehydrated skin. Hydration is about more than getting in 2 full stanley cups a day....

Healthy, hydrated skin also depends on your skin barrier. That's why the right skincare can make such a difference.

LED therapy: genuinely worth it, or just another trend?

One of the treatments I recommend most is also one of the least talked about.
LED light therapy doesn't hurt, doesn't damage your skin, and there's no downtime. You simply relax while the light gets to work beneath the surface.

I use Dermalux because it's backed by excellent research and delivers consistent results.

Each light has a different job:

❤️ Red light helps calm inflammation, encourages collagen production and supports your skin's natural repair process. Great for redness, acne, healthy ageing and overall skin health.

🖤 Near Infrared (NIR) works even deeper to speed up healing and reduce inflammation. It's brilliant after treatments like microneedling or peels, helping your skin recover more efficiently.

💙 Blue light targets the bacteria involved in acne, helping reduce breakouts at the source rather than simply treating what's visible on the surface.

On its own, LED is one of the most relaxing treatments you can have. Added to another facial or skin treatment, it helps reduce redness, supports healing and can enhance your overall results.

No downtime. No discomfort. Just evidence-based skin support that works quietly behind the scenes.

Have you ever tried LED therapy?

This question catches people out all the time.

Not because they're doing anything wrong, but because most people don't realise what actually counts as an "active."

Once you understand what each product is there to do, skincare suddenly makes a lot more sense 🤍

If the sun really cured acne, we'd all be prescribing holidays instead of treatment plans. ☀️

The temporary improvement is real, but so is long-term damage.

Protect your skin, support your barrier, and treat the cause 🤍
