From now on, a deposit will be required to book ALL appointments. Your appointment will not be secured until your deposit has been received.

This decision hasn’t been made lightly, but the number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations has become unacceptable.

This is my business, It pays my bills, puts food on the table, and provides for my children. When someone doesn’t turn up or cancels at the last minute, I lose money that I cannot replace, as that appointment could have been offered to another client.

Please respect my time and my business as I respect yours.

Going forward, deposits will be non-refundable in the event of a no-show or a last-minute cancellation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. This policy is in place to protect my business and ensure appointment times are taken seriously.

It will be £30 for a 30 minute session and we can get as many off as possible In that time.
