On the go today but I can take my breakfast with me ☺️ now personally for me I’m not a morning person I like my sleep so if this was before Herbalife I would of walked straight out of the door and skipped breakfast and then when I got hungry around 1/2 o’clock probably still out I would of nipped either Tesco and got a meal deal or if I’m driving McDonald’s, service station and got crisps or chocolate and a fizzy drink, subway and got a quick sandwich. I used to do this all the time and then I’d feel sluggish for ages after and go home and snack more after doing the school run. I did not have healthy nutrition at all. I can’t help tell you how much this shake has helped me in the morning feel so much more energy to get up and go, the fact I can take it with me and then I don’t crave those things and can go home and either have another shake or make a quick salad and a tea and I feel so much happier. Until you’ve tried them you may be thinking like other people she’s just saying it because she’s a distributor but it’s generally not. Every single person that are a rep for Herbalife will use those products every morning or lunch and majority have joined after seeing results in themselves whether be physically or mentally.

Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it as the saying goes. 💪🏻

Our magic tea ☕️

Unlike some others I have never liked coffee or tea but have also wanted to grab a cuppa in the morning like everyone else normally does so this for me is amazing. I have 2-3 cups a day of this and I absolutely love it. I have mine hot but like it says you can have it cold.

If you are one that loves 2-3 cups of coffee or tea a day this would be ideal for you to replace and much better for you and always an extra bonus when it burns calories ☺️
