This isn’t a magic fix—it’s physiology.
By elevating your legs, gravity helps move fluid back towards the body’s central circulation, supporting lymphatic drainage and reducing feelings of heaviness, tightness, and swelling.
It’s one of the simplest ways to give your body a reset after long periods of sitting, standing, travelling, or training.
5 minutes. One wall. Let gravity do some of the work.
Have you tried it?

💧 Your lymphatic system relies on gentle movement and open pathways to circulate fluid.
But tight bands and underwires can create constant compression around the chest, underarm, and breast tissue — which is where many important lymph nodes and drainage pathways sit.
That pressure may contribute to feelings of swelling, tenderness, heaviness, or congestion in the area.
I’m not saying underwired bras are ‘bad’ — but wearing tight restrictive bras all day, every day, may not support optimal lymph flow.
Your lymphatic system loves:
✨ movement
✨ breathing
✨ gentle circulation
✨ less restriction
Sometimes even small changes — like softer fabrics, better fit, or taking your bra off when you can — can make a noticeable difference.

Lymphatic drainage is not deep tissue massage. 👋
The lymph vessels sit just under the skin, which means more pressure does not mean better results. In fact, pressing too hard can compress the vessels and slow the movement you’re trying to encourage.
That’s why rhythm matters.
I use a slow 6-beat pace — I like to use a saying to keep it consistent, I change it up but “you are looking great today”— is a fave to keep strokes light, rhythmic, and consistent.

Think:
✨ skin stretch
✨ not downward pressure
✨ slow enough for the lymphatic system to respond

Sometimes gentler is actually more effective.
Lymphatic drainage can help with so many conditions, DM me to see if I can help 👌

Trying everything but the pain keeps coming back? Doing heel raises and drops as part of your plan but still not seeing results?
Try bending your knees — it changes everything. 👀
But be careful… don’t let those knees drift past your toes. When you look down, you should still be able to see your toes throughout the movement. ✅

Bent-knee heel raises target the soleus — a hidden key to better shock absorption, ankle stability, and arch support. And remember: keep the knees behind the toes so you can still see them when you look down. 👣🔥
