Anyone else’s eyes & skin feeling extra sensitive lately? 🤧🌼

Most people think of hay fever as sneezing & itchy eyes, but it can affect your skin too.

If the skin around your eyes or nose is feeling sore, red, flaky or irritated, it’s often because of all the rubbing, tissues, allergens & inflammation that come with hay fever season.

Your skin barrier ends up taking quite a battering.

I’ve definitely noticed more people struggling with sensitive skin at this time of year & often the goal isn’t adding lots of products - it’s simplifying things & focusing on calming & protecting your skin.

A few things that can help:

💧 Keep skin well hydrated
🌿 Use gentle, fragrance-free products where possible
🤲 Avoid scrubbing or over-cleansing
🚿 Wash pollen off your face after spending time outdoors
❄️ Cool compresses can be lovely for irritated, puffy eyes
