Happy international women’s day!
For all those amazing women bringing up children, working, & those just trying to get through the day whilst also dealing with all those wonderful hurdles Mother Nature sends us each month, peri menopause, menopause & just aging with as much dignity as society will allow whilst juggling all those balls! (The male ones too! 🤣)
Believe in the sisterhood ladies, don’t compete with each other, just support one another.

🌸 It was such a joy having Sharon join me as we pampered guests visiting Carriacou, with a luxurious spa afternoon of facials and massages at one of the island’s premier villas.
🌸 There’s nothing better than collaborating to create something special—what a perfect way to wrap up an interesting year!

Yesterday saw the last of my free pamper spa days, 6 months, over 50 women and numerous free soaps given away.
We walk away from 2024 severely storm battled but looking utterly fabulous!
