For those of you who don’t know, I’m prepping for a physique competition located here in atlanta, Ga. In October and debating doubling up for one In November as well. Regardless, I’ve been through my fair share of hardships thus far; from hearing different trainers and professionals tell me about myself and what i lacked, from working 13 hour days to make sure i can catch everybody who wants to be here, to losing and gaining clients due to different inconsistencies, from changing different chefs and prepping on my own to finally finding one In ... It’s been such a fun process and i look forward to these next eight weeks of prep. I do It because i get to, because i can, not because i have to. keeps me going and guides my feet with my focus, so let’s kill It this October.
