📢 Last year, the Stroke Association Supportnetwork-Ghana , National Non Profit Organization celebrated World Heart Day by raising awareness of cardiovascular disease through traditional and social media. The campaign was made possible with the support of WHF through our World Heart Grants Programme.

We’re happy to announce that applications for the 2022 edition of the programme are now OPEN, available exclusively to WHF Members. A unique opportunity to take action and contribute to in one of the following categories: World Heart Day, Air Pollution and CVD, and To***co Use and Youth.
