You may have gone through an unfair situation, you don’t think it will ever turn around, but you don’t know who God is causing to notice you. Right now, God is causing you to stand out. God will cause people to see you the way He wants them to see you.

SUGAR DOESN'T CAUSE DIABETES.

Yes, diabetes is NOT directly caused by eating plenty of sugar or sweet things.

Even though consuming sugar can WORSEN the condition of someone who already has diabetes...

And also increase the RISK...

It's not a DIRECT cause.

Diabetes occurs when insulin is not available to clear the sugar in the blood.

What causes the insulin not to be available?

Well, things are not really that clear.

But, it's best if we talk of RISK FACTORS instead of CAUSE.

Clear?

So, you get diabetes because of:

1) Genetics and heredity

(Sadly, most people have diabetes simply because "it's in their family")

2) Unhealthy eating & lifestyle

(which causes obesity and tummy fat)

3) Certain drugs & certain infections can affect pancreas (and insulin production )

4) Environmental factors and many others.

ETC.

But, most importantly, how do you HELP yourself.

Same thing we usually say:

1) Eat healthy:

More healthy drinks, more plants, more cooked food, less processed junks.

2) Exercise regularly:

Move more. Sweat more. Sit less.

3) CHECK YOUR BLOOD SUGAR TODAY!
