Hello, naturals🤗
In today's hair series episode, we're looking at the treatment for dandruff.
Despite the fact that there is no known treatment for dandruff, there are numerous efficient options that have been shown to aid in its management. Here are several possibilities:
✨Clean scalp: As we have already seen, one of the main reasons of dandruff is product build-up. You must therefore routinely wash your hair to maintain a clean scalp and avoid buildup.
✨Enough products: Our natural hair is treated with a lot of cosmetics. Basically, there are oils, leave-in, and cream whether you use the LCO or LOC technique. We must consequently use just enough of each thing, not huge amounts. Additionally, this will significantly lessen product buildup and ultimately dandruff.
✨Moisturizing is important since dandruff loves a dry scalp. Use an oil or serum made exclusively for the scalp and hair to replenish the moisture on the scalp. If you perform this step in the morning, wet your hair first to prevent too much of the product from being absorbed by the strands and apply it straight to the scalp with a cotton swab.
✨The best antidandruff shampoos are those that contain ingredients like zinc pyrithione, selenium sulfide, ketoconazole, climbazole, coal tar, and salicylic acid.
✨Natural treatments: According to research, plants and herbs including lemon, neem leaves, rosemary extract and oil, cloves, tea tree oil, and coconut oil can all aid with dandruff management. These treatments' anti-inflammatory and antifungal characteristics can aid in calming the scalp and lessening flaking.
Numerous treatments exist, and various stimuli cause varied reactions in various persons. So figure out what methods work best for you and be consistent, and I'm certain you'll see results.

Hello, naturals!🤗 Did you know that dandruff is not contagious?
I remember Hi there, naturals!🤗 In today's episode of ‘Did you Know?’ we are looking at the myth that dandruff is contagious and can be spread from person to person.
Back in college, I used to style people's natural hair. My roommate and I were so scared of we might contract dandruff, we had to buy separate combs, brushes, and other hair items.
During my research on dandruff, however, I found out the idea that sharing combs, brushes, and other objects might spread dandruff from one person to another isjust a myth. There is no scientific evidence to support this and no record of this whatsoever. In fact, every article I read mentioned that dandruff is not contagious.

Dear natural,
Did you know that are a must-have for you if you are looking to protect your curls or They are not just a fashionable item you need in your closet. I've summarised below some major benefits of satin or silk bonnets.
✨Satin and silk bonnets protect your hair from the dryness caused by friction between your hair and moisture-absorbing materials such as cotton. This helps to greatly reduce split ends, breakage, tangles, and thinning.
✨Protects your hairstyles; Putting on a satin bonnet is a sure way to ensure your twist-outs, curl-outs, straightened hair, tuck and pins, updos, braids, locs, etc., look fresh and ready to go the next morning, saving you time and protecting your hair from daily manipulation and heat styling, which can cause damage and breakage.
✨ Satin does not absorb moisture in the same way that cotton or other materials might. By wearing a satin bonnet, hair can retain more of its natural oils and moisture, leading to healthier and more hydrated strands.
✨A satin bonnet is also great for hair masks, deep conditioning, or any hot oil treatments. It ensures your product remains in every strand of your hair. And it keeps your sheets clean as well.
✨ Finally, it keeps all hair products and treatments in your hair hence, preventing skin irritation and face breakouts.
In summary, satin bonnets are an important accessory for and can help to and extend the life of hairstyles.

Hii naturals! On today's episode of , we are looking at causes of dandruff.
A main step towards treating dandruff is understanding what is causing it. Dandruff is a common condition that causes your scalp to flake and become itchy. It is caused by a mirage of factors including;
✨Dry skin: When your scalp is dry, it can become itchy and flaky. This can lead to dandruff. Dry skin can be caused by a variety of factors, including cold weather, hot showers, and certain hair products.
✨Fungal infections: Fungal infections like seborrheic dermatitis can cause dandruff. This type of infection is caused by an overgrowth of yeast on the scalp, which can cause redness, itching, and flaking.
✨Oily scalp: If your scalp produces too much oil, it can lead to dandruff. This is because the excess oil can mix with dead skin cells and form flakes.
✨Irritated or sensitive scalp: Some people are more prone to dandruff because they have sensitive skin. This can be caused by a variety of factors, including allergies to certain hair products, harsh shampoos, and other irritants.
✨Product buildup: Using too many hair products or not properly washing them out can cause a buildup of oils and dead skin cells, which can result in dandruff.

Since dandruff is brought on by an accumulation of fat on the scalp, eating meals that stimulate oil production will make it worse.
Strive to eat less processed food, refined sugar, fried food, and fatty foods. Instead, include these foods in your diet to lessen dandruff:
- Foods high in zinc and biotin, such as eggs and bananas. These help control excessive sebum production, the body's natural oil.
- Nuts, olive oil, salmon, tuna, avocado, and other foods rich in healthy fats.
- Foods high in protein and containing probiotics, such as poultry and yogurt, respectively.

I wear my crown
With confidence and pride
I flaunt it because I know its worth
I wash it with the most lavish lye
And anoint it with alabaster oil
I tend it with care and love
Showering it with gifts and fragrance
For a dazzling, sparkling, refining look
