This exercise targets the triceps and muscles at back of your upper arms.

It’s a great move for building arm strength and upper body.

To begin with
✅sit up straight
✅Hold the dumbbell above your head
✅Bend your arms to lower it behind your head
✅Lift it back up
✅Repeat
