Dear Respondent, You may have heard time and again that customer service in Ghana is terrible. The question is how terrible is it? How can we move away from this popular refrain and actually measure the quality of service experience in various sectors/organizations, call out the 'bad apples' and recognize companies in various sectors providing excellent customer service to the public? The Ghana Customer Service Index GCSI) is an annual survey conducted with a report which measures customer service in various sectors/organizations in Ghana. The GCSI 2020 would provide insights into the state of customer service in Ghana, and uncover companies whose excellent performance would drive the 2020 edition of the Index. The survey would focus on 10 key sectors: •Banking •Insurance •Utilities •Telecommunications •Hospitality •Healthcare •Retail •Public institutions •Online businesses •Transport (Ride Hailing) In answering this survey, you would help to place in proper context the state of customer service in Ghana as you rate organizations within the aforementioned sectors (public or private) that you patronize most often. Your participation in this survey is very crucial to gauging the state of customer satisfaction in Ghana. The survey will take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete, and is completely voluntary. Please note that we take confidentiality very seriously, and responses are completely anonymous. The minimum required sample size for a company to be featured in the report is thirty (30).
