Keep going no matter how bad things are right now. No matter how stuck you feel. No matter how many days you've spent crying finding ways of putting food on the table for your family. The world's a mixture of people, the good, the bad and the ugly; you just need to know which hand to shake and which one to hold. Bear in mind that people will let you down in life and promises will be broken, but don't lose hope. It's normal and part of life's journey.
