寒背，烏龜頸，零肌肉，骨盆後傾，a字膊頭 ，嚴重懶惰習慣（😂）

椎間盤突出事故
這幾天在家休息，瞓床.
比椎間盤突出的問題，纏繞了10年有多，想喺度分享一下，經過好幾次的發作，可以得出的結論就係食（Ibuprofen)止痛藥，瞓床休息，可以的話買埋部 Nerve stimulator 真係好用到不得了，不需要食肌肉放鬆藥. 自己搞掂自己啦！醫藥費都慳返🫣
