排便習慣改變？可能是大腸癌先兆 大腸癌是香港最常見的癌症，每年有超過5000宗新病例。由於大腸癌的空窗期相當長，若定期進行大腸癌篩查，便能及早診斷，甚至可在癌症形成前，把瘜肉清除。

政府資助的「大腸癌篩查計劃」已恆常化，並分階段擴展至50至75歲及沒有症狀的香港居民。 參加者會首先進行大便隱血測試，檢驗是否有肉眼都見不到的微量血液。若有，會安排接受大腸鏡檢查及切除有可能出現的大腸瘜肉，避免其演變成癌症。

香港衛生署已於二零一八年八月六日起推行大腸癌篩查計劃，分階段為50至75歲沒有大腸癌徵狀的香港居民提供政府資助接受篩查，預防大腸癌。本診所的外科醫生亦參與了此計劃，合資格人士可致電本診所約見醫生。有關計劃詳情請參考以下網址：
