TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

-every custom order needs to make a deposit/downpayment(half of the final price) for me to make sure that you will not give up on the order(non-refundable,its my insurance) and also,so that I can order extra hair for an order. Once I finish your order,you have 3 weeks to make the rest of the payment.

-premades->if you buy a premade set but want it expanded(for me to make more in the same style),rules of the custom set deposit apply.Otherwise,premades are payed in full,upfront.As soon as the money is in my bank account,I will send it. REFUNDS/complaints:
-if a package gets lost(it must be confirmed that it is lost,and not merely delayed!),a customer will receive: -for premades- a full refund without shipping costs as soon as possible.
-for customs-half the full amount(the downpayment is nonrefundable,as mentioned before)
(explanation: I am not stationed in the Uk or USA or Germany or somewhere like that.Therefore,shipping takes a lot more money and sometimes even much more time.ALSO please be aware of how much money paypal takes from me in conversions and fees(yes,even when it says"no fees"))
-if you hapen to dislike the product which arrives to you,I am sorry but I always send pictures before sending it out.so no refund
- in case of damaged goods-if you think that the content of the package has been damaged during shipping,you should let your post know,they should refund the damage.IF you think I have not been honest and have sent you damaged goods,please take photos of the damage and we will most likely open a dispute(as said before,I always take photos of sets) and if you are proven in the right,you will get a full refund after you send the goods back to me(I will give half a refund untill the goods arrive back to me,to make sure they do,and then give you the rest)

EXTRA WARNING:
there are many kinds of shipping,tracked being the most common.I always assume you want tracked shipping,if you don't voice otherwise,that is how your package will be sent. That said,if the package is lost,a refund only once I get a refund from the post office(please understand I lose money too when a package is lost). SPECIAL DISCLAIMER: there are countries that make problems with shipping and lose packages often and/or keep them on the border(control) for a long time. If you are buying from me and are located in one of these, I will warn you in our correspondence most likely as well,and the warning being that I wash my hands of ANY responsibility in case package gets lost and or misplaced. I always give tracking,once it leaves my country,it is no longer my problem(harsh but neccesary):
